Terms and Conditions – Banglabaji Rules and Player Agreement

By registering an account on Banglabaji, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Banglabaji platform regardless of how they access it — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other interface.

• Each person is permitted to hold only one Ban glabaji account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Banglabaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials safe.
• Banglabaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses may be flagged for review.

Banglabaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and other approved local payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned or held pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Banglabaji account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• All transactions on Banglabaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Banglabaji reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Deposited funds are held in your Banglabaji wallet and can be used to place bets or play games. Funds in your wallet do not earn interest. Banglabaji is not a bank and your wallet balance is not a savings or investment product.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Banglabaji aims to process all withdrawal requests within 3 to 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Banglabaji may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

• If your account is closed or suspended, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed before funds are released.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.

Banglabaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms or if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.

• If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, unless the suspension is due to suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned at Banglabaji's discretion after investigation.
• You may close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Banglabaji will attempt to contact you before any action is taken on a dormant account.

Banglabaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming.
